1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thcosmosgrid website at thcosmosgrid and your participation in any programs or services offered by Thcosmosgrid, operated by Thcosmosgrid, located at 55/11 Sukhumvit Soi 55 (Thonglor), Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

By using our website or registering for a program, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Thcosmosgrid provides financial education programs designed to help individuals develop structured thinking around personal finance topics. These programs include:

• Financial Decision Framework — a three-session program covering decision-making approaches for personal finance.
• Understanding Bonds and Fixed Income — a three-session educational series on bond markets relevant to Thai investors.
• Multi-Goal Financial Coordination — a four-session advisory service for individuals managing multiple financial objectives simultaneously.

All Thcosmosgrid programs are educational in nature. Nothing communicated in any program, on this website, or through any interaction with Thcosmosgrid staff constitutes personalised investment advice, financial planning services, or regulated financial advisory services as defined under Thai law. Participants should consult a licensed financial adviser for personalised investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

Our programs are intended for adults aged 20 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Thcosmosgrid reserves the right to decline registrations at its discretion, including where a program appears unsuitable for the prospective participant based on information provided during the enquiry process.

4. Registration and Program Fees

Program fees are as follows:

• Financial Decision Framework: ฿4,800 (three sessions)
• Understanding Bonds and Fixed Income: ฿7,500 (three sessions)
• Multi-Goal Financial Coordination: ฿17,000 (four sessions)

Fees are confirmed at the time of registration. Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the registration process. All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellation with more than 7 days' notice before the first session: Full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancellation with 3–7 days' notice before the first session: 50% refund of the program fee.
• Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice: No refund is available. However, subject to availability, participants may be offered a transfer to a future intake of the same program.
• Rescheduling requests: Accepted where operationally feasible, subject to group availability. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for individual session rescheduling.

If Thcosmosgrid is required to cancel or postpone a program for reasons within our control, registered participants will receive a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to a rescheduled date.

6. Participant Conduct

We ask all participants to engage respectfully with educators and fellow participants. Thcosmosgrid reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a program without refund where their conduct is disruptive, offensive, or contrary to the learning environment we maintain for all attendees.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, worksheets, frameworks, reference documents, and website content produced by Thcosmosgrid remain the intellectual property of Thcosmosgrid. Participants are welcome to use materials for their personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of Thcosmosgrid materials for commercial use or public dissemination is not permitted without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Thcosmosgrid shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss or investment outcome arising from the application of concepts or frameworks learned in a Thcosmosgrid program.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in our programs.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data or market information referenced in our educational content.

Our total liability to any participant in connection with a specific program shall not exceed the fee paid for that program.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to access unauthorised areas of the website, introduce malicious software, or use the website in any manner that could harm its integrity or disrupt access for other users.

We take reasonable steps to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external resources. These are provided for informational purposes only. Thcosmosgrid does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website and our programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Thcosmosgrid may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
